We have worked very hard to attain Orange Business Specialist and Vodafone Business Partner accreditations.

Orange Business Specialist (OBS) is accredited by Orange and only given to thier premier dealers. This is only awarded for consistency and by hitting competitive targets on key performance indicatiors such as levels of new business won, outstanding ongoing customer service achieved, new technology implemented and less than 3% of customers leaving Orange to go to other networks.

Make no bones about it this is the core of the business and with over 17 years experience in this arena rightly so. This means that we have a strategic partnership with Orange and the ability to offer advice and ongoing support which cannot be surpassed by our competitors.

We implement and practice these skills every day across South Wales and the West Country allowing businesses to benefit from new technology and keeping them one step ahead of thier competitors.

We drive costs down, increase productivity, inhance profitability in a sector sometimes overlooked by many business owners. By embracing some of the new technology available such as Blackberry and Mobile Data and using some of the Smartphones available on the market you can really make a difference.

"I used to have my field sales team in the office every Tuesday to answer emails, write proposals and generally catch up on admin tasks unable to be completed when they were in the field. By implementing a simple solution where they each have a Blackberry device they can write and answer emails as and when they need to. They can update thier calenders which can be viewed by our customer service staff back at base and it enables each of them to have easy access to all thier contacts. We also gave them each a USB Mobile Broadband Dongle which they can plug into thier laptops so they can access our company intranet to view actual stock levels regardless of where they are in the country. This allows them to be on the road every day and far more effective in front of customers with thier time. When you think about it this increases thier productivity by 25% but the solution was implemented at no extra cost to what we were paying on our previous contract. So although we did not reduce our monthly costs we increased our productivity by 25% and that is being seen in our turnover which has increased by 17% in the six months since this new technology was implemented by Aspect. Although we are not limited to Orange we have to give our customers an alternative so we have gained Business Partner accreditation with Vodafone. This allows us to offer clear, impartial advice across a cross section of the major networks and give our customer base a choice of the two best networks available in our operating areas.
