When we formed the business the frustration we felt was definitely felt by our customers.

In its early days, it was an industry grown around mis-selling and - at best- dodgy practices, but it has come a long way since then. This has primarily been driven by the networks and by dealers, but it's also partly due to our customers becoming far more knowledgeable- the old adage 'once bitten, twice shy' is very apt in our industry.

Once, Blackberrys were things mothers and grandmothers put in tarts and Windows were things people opened when it got a bit warm!! How things change.

Some things remain the same and unfortunately the wide boys are still out there doing the rounds.

Many dealers spread themselves too thin by looking for a UK coverage and presence and that breeds the stereotypical baby faced mobile salesperson with no concept of business or business needs. Many competitors sadly ignore the need for comprehensive ongoing account management and that leaves their customers feeling let down by false promises.

We strongly believe that customers are best served at a local level with staff living in and servicing their local area and if required speaking the local language. Meeting your customers at the local supermarket, pub or sports ground is a great way of driving quality control which drives ethical selling. This is why we focus, and will continue to focus, on our local area which is the South West. Our roots are in the principality of Wales and in the West Country. So we fully understand the industries, the markets, the issues and the geographical restrictions of signal and commuting.
